The Artcom Center is a Fine Arts School that provides a variety of resources for talented young students and adult artists who want to apply to art colleges or venture their skill sets for a more satisfactory hobby life. We promote a nurturing enviroment for developing skills & enjoying the creative arts. Many students find their way through art; they choose to be creative. We help them make that choice be more easy and affordable. Competitions and individual mentoring helps them earn prestigious awards and scholaships that aids admission into many well-known art colleges and universities. However, the ArtcomCenter aims to be accessible to anyone and everyone, children and young adults to any amateur or professional artists--including the disadvantaged or the disabled. It seeks to build a strong basic understanding & appreciation for the arts as well as strengthen skillsets and techniques for various different kinds of mediums.
The Art Com Center was first established in Grand Ave, Palisades Park, NJ in 1999 by Hobong Kim, Artist.15 years later, the ArtCom Center now embodies two branches, River Edge and Tenafly, NJ.
It continues to offer classes in the fine arts from the teen ages to adults, amateurs and professionals.
"Without Hobong Kim's guidance, I wouldn't have been able to accomplish many of my art-related achievements in high school, such as winning the Scholastic Art & Writing National Gold Medal. !! I can't recommend Artcom Center enough!
